Credit Valley Tennis Club is a seasonal, not-for-profit community-based club for members and their guests. The club operates from May until November. Weather permitting the club is open for play from 8:00am to 11:00pm daily, including weekends and holidays. Players are required to wear appropriate tennis/athletic attire, including shoes that will not damage the Har-tru clay courts.
Online court booking offers members the convenience and peace of mind of booking a court from their computer or mobile device. Courts can be booked up to 1 day in advance. In the event of poor weather or court conditions, members who have a court booked will be notified by email of any cancellations.
Court maintenance is paramount to the clay court playing experience. After your playing time, members are required to sweep their court unless the next group coming out has stated they don’t need it swept. Sweeping coverage should go from fence to net and half the distance to the next court. It does not matter if you sweep up and down or side to side.
At certain times during the day the courts may be closed for daily watering or maintenance. You will be able to see these times at the time of booking your court online. Make sure to vacate the court at the end of your booking time. You will be give a small grace period to sweep your court before the water comes on.
Guest fees are $15 for all ages. Guests can only be registered by a sponsoring member during the online court booking process. The associated guest fee must be paid within 30 minutes of booking the court using the online payment system or the court booking will automatically be cancelled. The same individual may be a guest up to 5 times per season respective of number of sponsors. A member may bring up to 3 guests per day. One-week short-term memberships are available for new potential members to try out the club. Click on “Become a Member” for more information on membership options.

The Club Community
Our club is only as strong as our tennis community. Credit Valley is a not-for-profit club and largely run by volunteers. We ask that all members govern themselves accordingly and look for opportunities to contribute to the success of the club. In the unlikely event that you are a witness to the misuse of the club facilities we ask that you politely ask the individual(s) to desist. Unresolved concerns can be brought to the attention of the manager or any member of the Executive or Board.
